Campaign Terms
Online store with a permanent discount. A permanent discount on your online store when you subscribe to a MyCashflow Basic, MyCashflow Advanced, or MyCashflow Pro package during the campaign period. The discount is €10/month for the Basic package, €19/month for Advanced, and €29/month for Pro. The discount is granted from the standard monthly price according to the price list. If you change your service package during the 30-day trial period, please contact customer service to ensure the correct package-specific discount is applied to your order. If you change your service package after the 30-day trial, please contact our sales team.
MyCashflow POS at a promotional price for your chosen contract period. MyCashflow POS for €19/month for the duration of your chosen contract period. When you order MyCashflow POS during the campaign, you get it for €19/month for the duration of your contract, max. 36 months (reg. €29/month). All prices are VAT 0%. The campaign period is 11 March – 30 April 2026. We reserve the right to change the terms of the offer. Any changes will be communicated to the parties involved in advance.
Free online store migration. Free online store migration when you order a MyCashflow Advanced or MyCashflow Pro package. The offer applies to new MyCashflow Advanced and Pro service package orders with annual billing made during the campaign period, as well as migration projects started during this time.
The migration project includes the transfer of product data available in CSV format as follows: product description, product price, product code, stock levels, and product images imported via URL. The customer must provide the CSV file for the migration project. The migration of other content is possible based on a separate quote. The value of the campaign benefit for the migration project is approximately €2,000 (VAT 0%).
We offer all the additional services for online business, such as domain names, custom domain emails, and commercial SSL certificates.
You can order additional services from MyCashflow customer service. The best way to reach customer service is through the chat available in the admin panel.
All MyCashflow service packages have a free 30-day trial period. So you can freely test the suitability of the software for the needs of your own online store. Service package invoicing starts automatically after the trial period ends. If the order is not canceled during the trial period, we will charge the fee according to the price list using the payment method you provided.
No. Setting up an online store in itself is free of charge, and we do not charge any setup or startup fees on top of the monthly fee.
All service packages include a free 30-day trial period. The subscription continues automatically after the trial period according to our price list. The subscription can be canceled free of charge at any time during the trial period. The contract period is determined by the billing period you choose. You can choose a billing period of one (1), three (3), six (6) or 12 months. With an annual contract, you get a two-month discount on monthly payments!
You can update the service package you have chosen from your online store's admin panel at any time. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan, provided that your online store does not exceed the limitations of that package (e.g., the number of products).
You can cancel your subscription and close your online store from the Account page, where you can also change the service package you are using. For data security reasons, we cannot accept order cancellations by email or phone.
Absolutely. You can acquire your own domain name for your online store through us, in which case we are responsible for maintaining and renewing the domain name. You can also connect a domain name you already own to your store through our customer service, in which case you are responsible for renewing the domain name yourself.
We offer a selection of free, responsive and fully maintained layout themes for your online store. You can preview themes and activate your chosen theme easily with a few clicks in your online store's admin panel. We also design custom layouts as separate projects – ask our sales team for more information!
Absolutely. The traffic of all online stores is protected with HTTPS connections. We also offer a free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate for all our own domains. As an additional service, we also offer commercial OV and EV certificates.
Of course! It may not be possible to transfer all information from one service to another, but, e.g., product and customer data, files, and orders have been successfully migrated to the MyCashflow platform from the following services: Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento. Read more.
